Yeah, that just means we don’t function like most other agencies. Less smoke and mirrors, more talking, brainstorming and storytelling.
That means we don’t silo out work to developers in Russia or graphic designers in Portland. From time-to-time we bring on a second shooter for video or get input from a local designer, but all of our creative direction and work goes through us first. That’s the way it’s always been and that’s the way we’re going to keep it.
Everyone who works in our studio does more than just one thing. Why? Because we pivot often and we need everyone to be able to pivot together. We pitch in and help out, and most of all we believe that learning new things breeds crazy awesome amounts of creativity.
We don’t care about how old you are, if you just graduated or if you’ve been in the industry (or not) for 10 years. We care about your work ethic, your desire to learn and to tackle projects with a confidence that’s rooted in your skills instead of your ego. Oh, and your portfolio needs to show us that.
